Every ArohaNür order is prepared with love, intention, and great care. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives in your hands, we ensure your piece is protected—both physically and energetically.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

We process all orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them.
Your jewellery is cleansed, infused with sound frequencies and intention, and carefully packaged before being dispatched.

Shipping Within New Zealand

• We offer overnight delivery via tracked courier.

• Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days from dispatch.

• Tracking details will be emailed to you once your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, usually taking 7–14 business days.

Please note:

• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

• ArohaNür is not liable for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Every order includes

• A white sage smudge stick from Southern California or/either

• A piece of palo santo from Peru

• A light sprinkle of sea salt to protect the energy of the piece during transit
