Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges for bangles and necklaces within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

• Please email us at info@arohanurcreations.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable. Please choose carefully.

Conditions

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for peace of mind, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and a description.

• We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
